This book is written to enhance your self-awareness and happiness through self-reflection. It is a compilation of personal stories, stories of others, poems, and quotes that the author has found valuable in his own exploration of suffering and happiness.

In this way, you learn to reduce your own suffering and increase your happiness. Who doesn’t want to be happy? You learn to take responsibility and control of your life. You are the producer, director, and actor/actress in your own life’s movie.
