Retreats

Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the start of the retreat or package. After that, the full amount is due.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

The full amount of the scheduled coaching and therapy session will be charged if the client cancels the appointment 24 hours before the existing appointment.

Mr. Reset App

You have access to Mr. Reset through a monthly or annual subscription. For the purposes of our monthly and annual subscriptions, a month is considered as 30 calendar days, and a year is considered as 365 calendar days.

1. Our "Monthly" subscription is billed in monthly installments. For each month that your monthly subscription is active, you acknowledge and agree that Mr. Reset is authorized to charge the same payment account used for the initial subscription fee or another payment method. Monthly subscription renewal fees will be automatically charged via the payment method you provided until canceled. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged the subscription fees for the next month. There is no refund for a partial month of the subscription period.

2. Our "Annual" subscription is paid by upfront payment with automatic annual renewal. You acknowledge and agree that Mr. Reset is authorized to charge the payment method used for annual subscription fees at the rate paid at the time of purchase. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged the renewal subscription fees via the payment method you provided. There is no claim for a refund for a partial subscription period.
